WLIT 270 Postcolonial Literature and Culture: Africa
This course examines postcolonial literature culturally, thematically, and theoretically. Students read writers who have responded to the impact of colonialism in such geographies as Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. The cultural legacy of British imperialism and expressions of resistance to it are explored. Offered every 2-3 years. (LA, OW3)
