POLS 277 Immigration and Citizenship
Explores the causes and consequences of international migration, how governments regulate it, and how it transforms our ideas or citizenship. Migrants contribute to their native and adopted lands, but also exacerbate inequality, enflame nationalist sentiments, and carry with them values and attitudes that may threaten existing sociocultural and political orders.
