LAW 324 Employment Law
Employment law explores the legal history of employer-employee relations beginning with the rise of labor unions. The course then examines the issues that currently drive employer-employee relations such as the employment at will doctrine, discrimination, and harassment. Employment law intends to educate management students in effectively handling employee problems so as to avoid legal liability to management.
