LAW 222 Business Law
A study of the legal framework within which business operates: its sources, foundations, and procedures. Substantive areas covered include: torts, intellectual property rights, criminal law, ethics, contracts, agency, forms of doing business, antitrust, consumer protection, employment and environmental law. This course is the first of two required for Professional Accounting majors and is required for Business Economics majors. Offered Fall and Spring.
