EDUC 317 Instructional Strategies for Middle School Teaching and Learning
A study of instructional strategies and resources appropriate for the teaching and learning of the middle school student (grades 5-9). Topics include (but are not limited to) early adolescent development, literacy, social skills, content, curricular integration, and assessment. An opportunity is provided to bridge theory and practices through active participation, observation and reflection in a variety of class/field experiences.
