ANTH 345 Field School in Archaeology
This course is a summer field program that introduces students to methods that archaeologists use to identify, excavate, record, and interpret sites. The emphasis is on providing students first-hand experience with methods of archaeological analysis in the field and preliminary artifact processing techniques. Course readings, lectures, and discussions complement this field program. Offered every other summer. (LA)
