Greek Life Office

SUNY Oneonta is home to eight recognized sororities and four recognized fraternities. Students in Greek letter organizations include some of the best and brightest leaders attending the College. The average GPA for male fraternity members is higher than the GPA for all-college males. Many sorority members are active in Order of Omega, a national Greek honor society. Each group is required to complete a minimum of one community service activity per semester, but most organizations complete far more.
