Science I Building
Science I is home to the Department of Biology and the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences (Geology, Water Resources, Earth Science and Meteorology are included). Science I underwent a $2 million dollar renovation in 2008 and now includes a 1,780 square foot planetarium that includes high-tech digital equipment such as an IMAX-type theater. This planetarium is one of four on college campuses in the United States. A meteorology station, weather observatory, animal research room, biology research laboratories, two greenhouses and multiple geology laboratories are included in the Science I building.
