Website Directory Structure
Authors have been identified either from the existing webpages or else the name of the department chair is shown. This table yields the appropriate path for any specific page on our site. For example, the Health Center is in the Student Development Division. Its web designation is therefore under development, and it is in the folder health. Its URL is thus http://www.oneonta.edu/development/health.

The State of New York has implemented a series of statewide technology policies that require agencies to create websites that are compliant with standards for accessibility.  The most recent policy, approved June 21, 2004, requires that the College website be divided into three categories:

Category Existing pages must be made compliant by
High traffic, home pages and critical path pages December 21, 2004
Medium traffic pages March 21, 2005
Low traffic pages Upon changes to content

Any new content or edits to existing pages must be made compliant immediately.

To help web authors determine their schedule for webpage compliancy, the following table is color coded; high traffic in red, medium traffic in green and low traffic in gray.  If you need help with the content on this page please contact Web Coordinator Jennifer Knapp at 436-3031 or at knappjl@oneonta.edu.
