Administrative Desktop Support

The Administrative Desktop Support Office is responsible for supporting 350 users on the administrative side of the College. Walter Romero is also implementing the Secure Desktop initiative, which simplifies the support mission and also increases the reliability of the desktop computer.

Any user experiencing problems with their computers or associated hardware should call the Information Technology Help Desk at 436-4567, and a HEAT ticket will be assigned to the Administrative Desktop Support Office for action.
