Cooperstown Baseball World - CBW

Cooperstown Baseball World is the only week-long tournament camp of its kind, owned and run by baseball professionals. Each summer tournaments are offered in the 12u, 13u, 14u 1nd 16u age categories,  It features a college atmosphere, skills competitions, a visit to the National Baseball Hall of Fame, strong family interaction and induction for the Players and Coaches into the National Youth Hall of Fame!

Each summer, CBW utilizes seven fields total; four on campus and three off campus fields in the town of Oneonta. Additionally, our complex is equipped with six Major League style batting cages.

With the idea of home and road games, the 14U - 16U games are played at three full sized, state-of-the-art fields: the State College at Oneonta Varsity Baseball Field, Damaschke Field, and the Neahwa Park Field. It is here at Damaschke Field that Babe Ruth played in the 20’s and where Bernie Williams, Andy Pettite, Al Leiter, and Jorge Posada all played in the 80’s and 90’s. This field was also home to the Detroit Tigers Class “A” team.

CBW hosts their Individual Skill Competitions as if it were a pro or college try-out giving a young player the experience of what needs to be done to make it in the Major Leagues! All winners are awarded a custom plaque, engraved with their category.
