The Organizational Structure Task Force needs your help.  As part of the strategic planning process, we are holding three open forums to determine how we can improve the College’s organization to help all of us efficiently do our jobs.  We would love to hear your ideas.  None of us are experts on college organization, but we all have valuable experiences where our work efforts are either facilitated or hindered due to our campus organization. In this regard, we invite you to share your experiences and ideas. We welcome you and encourage you to participate in planning. This is your opportunity to be heard.

Three forums will be held:

Monday, November 9, 2 to 3 p.m., Morris Hall, Room 103

Monday, November 9, 3 to 4 p.m. Morris Hall, Room 103

Tuesday, November 10, Noon to 1 p.m., Morris Hall, Room 104
