The Organizational Structure Task Force has met several times over the past month to discuss and make plans for accomplishing our assigned tasks.

The Task Force members would like to thank everyone who completed our survey, which was sent to your email inbox October 19. We received 79 responses from the electronic survey. Currently, we are in the process of looking for patterns and compiling all of the data received.

If you did not get a chance to respond to the emailed survey, it isn’t too late to be heard. We have posted a live link to the survey on this webpage. Or, if you would like to receive a paper copy of the survey, please contact one of the members of the committee.

In November, we plan to meet with a number of focus groups, to include faculty, secretaries and clerical, the trades, students, associate vice presidents, directors, and chairs. If you are interested in being part of a focus group, please contact a Task Force member right away.
