During the month of November, the Organizational Structure Task Force (OSTF) facilitated three open forums and held our survey open to add to our data. Currently, OSTF is sorting through the data received via our survey, open forums, and extraneous conversations and emails with and from the campus community.

We will continue to add to and clarify responses as we meet with scheduled focus groups during the first few weeks in December. Working with randomly selected representatives from faculty, secretaries and clericals, trades, students, associate VPs, directors, and the Council of Chairs, we will organize the data as we begin to draft our report and recommendations for SPARC.
