Organizational Structure Task
Force
Charge:
Examine existing alignments of our functions and
identify alternatives that could result in greater
efficiency and/or synergy in the College’s
operations; consider input gathered through the
September environmental scan conducted by David
McFarland and from the College community gathered
through open forums; prepare recommendations and
report to SPARC.
