On Monday, November 16, you will have several opportunities to participate in the strategic-planning process when our consultant, Dr. David McFarland, returns to campus for our final Stakeholders Conference of the semester.  Please plan to participate in any or all of the following sessions, as your schedule permits:

 

Informal Discussions: 11 a.m. -- 1 p.m. at the Waterfront (Hunt Union)

Dr. McFarland, representatives of the Strategic Planning and Resource Council (SPARC), and members of the SPARC Task Forces will be available to speak with you.

  

Open Forums: 2 p.m. -- 5 p.m. in the Craven Lounge (Morris Conference Center)

Dr. McFarland will lead workshops on the current drafts of  planning documents:

2 p.m.: Driving Forces

3 p.m.: Core Values

4 p.m.: Institutional Distinctiveness

  

The SPARC Task Forces on Governing Ideas, Institutional Distinctiveness, and Organizational Structure would appreciate your input, either through their open meetings or through their web pages at www.oneonta.edu/sparc/taskforces/default.asp
