In recent days, many people have expressed concern about the SUNY budget for 2009-2010 and its impact on the College's budget and our future. View President Kleniewski's Budget Update from January 21 for a brief update on the SUNY budget process and some information about how you can help advocate for SUNY Oneonta and higher education

Please express your support of SUNY Oneonta to our legislators, Senator James Seward and Assemblyman William Magee, as soon as possible, to focus their attention on SUNY's issues and concerns. You can also become active in supporting SUNY by signing a petition here.

NYHELPs Proposed Initiative -- The proposed New York Higher Education Loan Program (NYHELPs) initiative will help New York State students and their families fill the gap between college costs and State and Federal aid by providing access to low-cost education loans not currently available to New Yorkers in the private loan market.
