Morris Conference Center offers numerous meeting areas on the main floor of Morris Conference Center for groups ranging from 10 to 125 participants.
The Craven Lounge, named for former College President Clifford Craven, is a large, flexible space appropriate for large group meetings and formal receptions.
Two medium-sized meeting rooms and two small meeting rooms are available on the same level as the Craven Lounge.
A large theatre-style space is available in Alumni Hall across the street from Morris Conference Center.
As needed, our planning staff can help facilitate space reservations in other buildings on campus.
Refreshments ranging from coffee service in your meeting room to full catered dinners in our dining facilities can be arranged with the campus’s Sodexo Catering Services. Ask for more information when you schedule your meeting space.
Internet access and a variety of audio visual equipment are available.
All areas of the Conference Center are smoke free. Our meeting rooms and dining facilities are handicap accessible.
Groups not affliliated with the college are required to obtain a permit and event insurance as part of the contract for using our facilities. Our planning staff will help walk you through this process.
