Morris Conference Center is dedicated to furthering the educational mission of the SUNY Oneonta. The center is available for meetings and conferences of all types. If you are a faculty or staff member or a student who has an idea for an event -- large or small -- that you would like to hold in the conference center, please feel free to call us. We will be happy to help you produce your event.

Conferences & Meetings
Morris Conference Center offers numerous meeting areas on the main floor for groups ranging from 10 to 125 participants.
The Craven Lounge, named for former College President Clifford Craven, is a large, flexible space appropriate for large group meetings and formal receptions.
Two medium-sized meeting rooms and two small meeting rooms are available on the same level as the Craven Lounge.
As needed, our planning staff can help facilitate space reservations in other buildings on campus.
Refreshments can be arranged, from coffee service in your meeting room to full catered dinners in our dining facilities. Also, our very own campus’s Sodexo Catering Services can be provided. Ask for more information when you schedule your meeting space.
Internet access and a variety of audiovisual equipment are available. All areas of the Conference Center are smoke-free. Our meeting rooms and dining facilities are handicap accessible.
Groups not affiliated with SUNY Oneonta are required to obtain a permit and event insurance as part of the contract for using our facilities. Our planning staff will help walk you through this process.
Catering
From providing coffee service for your meeting to serving 250 guests for dinner, your catering needs can be met at Morris Conference Center.
Morris Conference Center features two full-service dining rooms for catered events in its lower level. These lovely rooms provide a classic setting for formal dinners, awards banquets, and receptions. Our Otsego Grille seats up to 160 guests, and the adjacent Le Café seats 90. These areas can be joined to accommodate a total of 250 guests.
