Connecting to the webserver from an office or computer lab

Windwos Xp and Windows 7

1. Windows 7: Go to Computer and click on Map network drive button at top Windows XP: Go to My Computer> Tools> Map Network Drive

2. Drive: X: (or any other unused drive letter)

3. Enter one of the following paths in Folder Student W Drive: \\students.oneonta.edu\students$\<username> Employee Drive: \\employees.oneonta.edu\employees$\<username> www.oneonta.edu: \\www.oneonta.edu\wwwroot$\<directoryname*>\<foldername>

4. Check Reconnect at logon, click Finish.
