Change Outlook Express, Outlook, or Thunderbird to use secure connections
This article shows you what you need to do to add security to your email client.
If you check your email from your home computer and that computer connects to the internet via Road-Running or another ISP; and you don't use the SUNY Oneonta free dial-up service, please do not change your outgoing SMTP settings. Those settings are specific to your connection. If you have problems please call the Help Desk at 436-4567 from off-campus or 4567 from on-campus.
