ENGL 695 Teacher as Writer
Through direct experience as writers, students will explore the complex processes involved in composing, revising, and editing. They will focus as well upon strategies for guiding and encouraging writers in the secondary and elementary classroom. Current research on writing processes, instruction, and assessment will form the underlying structure of the course. Expectations will include a semester research project or literature review. Open to matriculated and non-degree graduate education students.
