ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The SUNY
College at Oneonta has scheduled a memorial service for Professor
Emeritus Ralph Watkins in the Center for Multicultural Experiences
in Lee Hall on Saturday, October 20, from noon until 2 p.m.
Members of the campus community are invited to attend.
Professor Watkins, who passed away in September, taught in the
History and Africana and Latino Studies Departments at the College
from 1974 until his retirement earlier this year.
