ONEONTA, N.Y. -- SUNY Oneonta will host an open forum on Thursday, Oct. 27, regarding the college’s townhouse development at the southwest corner of its campus.
College officials and representatives of firms involved in the project's planning will present information and receive feedback at 6 p.m. in the Craven Lounge at the Morris Conference Center on campus. Community members are welcome to attend.
The forum is the third in a series of public meetings held to provide the community with current information about the planned 200-bed student residence facility bordering West Dorm Drive. About three dozen people attended the last open forum in July.
The new facility will be marketed primarily toward upperclassmen and graduate students. Groundbreaking is planned for fall 2012.
