ONEONTA, N.Y. --
Terpsichorean, the student dance company of the SUNY College at
Oneonta, will present its fall show, "True Hollywood Story," on the
evenings of Thursday, November 29, through Saturday, December 1, at
8 p.m. in the Goodrich Theater of the College's Fine Arts Building.
Tickets for the performances will be on sale beginning Monday,
November 26, at the Goodrich Theater Box Office.
Oneonta resident and SUNY-Oneonta student Carleigh Bettiol is the
choreographer of two dance pieces in the show, which will premiere
at the Thursday-evening performance. She choreographs "Don't Speak,"
based on the song "The Moment I Said It" by Imogen Heap, and serves
as co-choreographer with SUNY-Oneonta student Adam Caronti on
"...But You Have No Idea...," based on the song "I Feel Like Dyin"
by Lil Wayne.
Terpsichorean's purpose is to promote the interest of the fine
art of dance on the campus and in the community. The group's
executive board consists of President Jennifer Fernandez, Vice
President Luis Castro, Secretary Elyse Smolin, Treasurer Carleigh
Bettiol, and Publicist Ken Stannard.
