The artwork will serve as the focal point for the College’s annual
Tapestry Award for Diversity and Inclusion, and it will be located in the
main campus quadrangle between the Netzer Administration Building and
Schumacher Hall or between Schumacher Hall and the Milne Library.
The artwork will incorporate the idea of weaving or a mosaic, as a symbol
of the integration of diverse elements into an inclusive college community.
The artwork will also have the capacity to grow or change over time to
incorporate contributions from recipients of the Tapestry Award.
