ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority of the SUNY College
at Oneonta will sponsor "Rockin' for Robbie," a musical event to raise funds
for the Robbie Page Memorial, on Wednesday, April 22, from 8:30 p.m. to 11
p.m. at the Waterfront of the Hunt College Union. Admission to the event
will be $3 with all proceeds going to the Robbie Page Memorial. Members of
the community are invited to attend.
"Rockin' for Robbie" will feature the bands Mike Lovesick, Makeshift
Parachute, Kakiat Park, and Hal Galardi.
The Robbie Page Memorial, which is Sigma Sigma Sigma's philanthropy,
supports play-therapy programs at two children's hospitals. It is named in
memory of the son of a member of the sorority's executive board, who died of
polio.
