ONEONTA, N.Y. -- As an installment of the Red Dragon Reading Series,
poet Albino Carrillo will present a reading from his work at 7 p.m. on
Thursday, February 5, in the Center for Multicultural Experiences in Lee
Hall at the SUNY College at Oneonta. The reading will be followed by a
reception and book signing. Admission to the event is complimentary, and
members of the community are invited to attend.
Albino Carrillo is the author of In the City of Smoking Mirrors.
His poems have appeared in Wind Shifts: New Latino Poetry and in
literary magazines around the country. He currently teaches as an associate
professor at the University of Dayton.
Carrillo's appearance at SUNY Oneonta is co-sponsored by the
