ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The
Physical Education
Department of the SUNY College at Oneonta has entered into a
collaboration with the American Council on Exercise, a nationally recognized
personal training organization. As part of the collaboration, SUNY Oneonta
will serve as a host site for ACE national certification exams.
The College will offer the ACE Personal Trainer certification exam for
the first time on Thursday, May 9. SUNY Oneonta is one of only two sites in
the state offering the exam.
As part of the relationship, SUNY Oneonta students can also register for the
ACE exams at a reduced rate and receive discounts on texts and other class
materials.
