Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead is a witty and often absurd
comedy about the nature of reality, identity, and our place on the world's
stage. The production at SUNY Oneonta features strong performances from a
talented cast of student actors. The play is a ground-breaking early work by
Tom Stoppard, author of the The Coast of Utopia, which won the 2007
Tony Award for Best Play.
Upcoming theater productions at SUNY Oneonta include Scotland Road,
a play by Jeffrey Hammond, on February 12-14, and the musical classic
Sweet Charity on April 22-25.
More information about the productions is available from
Andrew Kahl of the SUNY
Oneonta Theatre Department at (607) 436-3125 or on the web at
