ONEONTA, N.Y. -- World-renowned Mexican chef, restaurateur, and
cookbook author Roberto Santibáñez will be visiting the SUNY College at
Oneonta for a special celebration of Mexican culture and cuisine on
Wednesday, October 21, and Thursday, October 22.
On October 21, Santibáñez will be preparing lunch in Mills Hall. On
October 22, he will prepare breakfast in Hulbert Hall and lunch in Wilsbach
Hall. Several signed cookbooks will be raffled off to students in
attendance.
Santibáñez’s appearance at the College, sponsored by
Sodexo Campus Dining
Services, is the second in a series of visiting Global Chefs celebrating
cuisine diversity on the SUNY Oneonta campus.
