SUNY ONEONTA COLLEGE COUNCIL
TO MEET ON CAMPUS APRIL 14

ONEONTA, N.Y. -- The College Council of the State University of New York College at Oneonta will meet on Thursday, April 14, at 3 p.m. in the Glimmerglass Room of the Hunt College Union on campus.

At the meeting, College President Nancy Kleniewski will deliver a report on the college. The Council also will hear proposed revisions to the Code of Student Conduct and a report from the Information Technology Services Work Group.

The complete meeting agenda is included below.

Each state-operated campus in the SUNY system has its own college council. The members of each council are appointed by the governor to seven-year terms with the exception of the student representative, who is elected by the student body.

College councils have specific statutory powers, such as naming buildings and making regulations regarding student conduct. Council meetings are public, and each council meets at least four times a year.
