ONEONTA, N.Y. -- WUOW,
the National Public Radio/Pacifica affiliate station at the SUNY College at
Oneonta, has launched a new locally produced and hosted program, "Business
Bulletin," which will highlight retail and service businesses in the Otsego
County area.
"Business Bulletin" will air on Mondays and Tuesdays following the 9 a.m.
news and weather. Hosted by Alan Donovan, the program will present vignettes
about both established and new businesses, particularly small businesses,
and their owners and operators.
The program is designed to help build community connections by informing
listeners about local businesses, their histories, and the people involved
in them.
WUOW also provides live streaming of its signal on the web at
