Some Comments:
1. Failure in lab. will result in failure in Chemistry 100. Poor attendance, chronic lateness, disruptive behavior, and any other violation of the college, city, state or federal codes or laws will be cause for dismissal. The instructor(s) is(are) the final judge(s) in these matters.
2. Weekly lab. reports will be graded either satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Unsatisfactory reports will be returned to the student for correction by the next lab. session. Unsatisfactory reports count as absences if not redone.
3. Formal reports are assigned for Ferm. & Dist. (#4) (due week of 3/6-9, Reaction Rates (#6 (due 3/20-23 ), and (optional) Vinegar (#7) (due week of 4/3-6). See directions for formal reports for grading procedures.
4. FINAL EXAM: The final will be in two parts. Part 1 will be 30 multiple choice questions on the material covered after the last hour exam. Part 2 will be a rough draft on the experiment Dissolved Oxygen (number 14).
