The Wild Mushroom — This Vegan/Vegetarian format offers salad toss, fruits and grains, chef's stir fry station, rice, vegetarian soups and chili's and vegan desserts. No meat items are offered at this station.

The Br@in Café is located in Wilsbach Dining Hall. This café is part of the "all you care to eat" facility. No additional charge is passed on to the student. Guests enjoy an assortment of hot and cold drinks and food selections that change daily. This venue is a great late night dining option for our resident dining students.

My Kitchen is a totally unique combination hands-on kitchen. You can enjoy an excellent meal at the exhibition kitchen for visiting chefs, special events, cooking lessons and demonstration cooking. At My Kitchen students have the ability to make their meal just the way they want it. Four individual kitchens are set up with ingredients that change daily. One kitchen section is always vegan and vegetarian, one offers pasta, and the other two change daily. These kitchens also help students with special diet needs and individual food preferences.

The Marketplace is located at Mills Hall. This is the perfect place to pick up all of your grocery needs. In addition to serving the best of Green Mountain's coffee, the Marketplace offers fresh baked bagels for you to take on the go. The Marketplace is a great place to enjoy a slice of pizza and some garlic knots. Or you can get a delicious sub featuring the very best of Thumann's meats. The Marketplace also includes a smoothie bar featuring Freshen's smoothies.
