Dot.Calm Simple stress relief for the over-worked & super busy.

Dot.calm is a weekly meditation program for students to utilize as they need to experience stress relief and to learn skills that can aid them at stressful times.


Nutrition Bingo Are you ready to make healthier food choices? Are you having a hard time breaking bad habits? Hate fad diets? Want to save money? Then it's time to play Nutrition Bingo.

Let us help you customize an individual plan that will help you make healthier food choices. You can avoid the freshman fifteen and set yourself up for a lifetime of healthy eating habits.

The mission of Operation Beautiful is to post anonymous notes in public places for other women to find. The point is that WE ARE ALL BEAUTIFUL. You are enough... just the way you are! Check out the home of www.operationbeautiful.com for more information


2, 4, 6, 8, Nutrients Make Your Body Great. Play a game, gain some knowledge.

Join CHOICES members from 4pm-6pm, Mondays in Wilsbach and Wednesdays in Mills to learn about our nutrient of the week. There is a weekly drawing for a prize and a final grand prize of a $50 OAS bookstore gift certificate.
