The Office of Health Education is dedicated to developing and implementing a comprehensive health promotion program that emphasizes healthy lifestyle choices; fostering a campus climate that promotes low-risk choices, harm reduction, social norming and disease prevention.

Wellness is a dynamic process of change and growth encompassing your physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, interpersonal, social and environmental well-being. True wellness is determined by the decisions you make to live your life. The Office of Health Education at SUNY Oneonta encourages students to work toward their optimal health and well-being.
