Description: We are offering various dance, stretch/toning, jazz & low-medium impact aerobics. Come & join Julie, Brittney, Kathleen, Steff, Izzy, Sean & Christina to get in shape or to just have some fun.

Brittney - Water Aerobics in the Chase Pool on Sundays from 5-6:30pm.

How Do I Sign Up For Aerobics?
Just check when classes are being offered and show up. The Instructors will love to have you attend. Classes are instructed by students and if you are interested in being an instructor, please stop by the Intramural Office for details or call us at extension 3461.

Brittney - Core Toning: Legs, Butt & Arms / Water Aerobics
