The purpose of this
group shall be to give the college community of Oneonta a place
to discuss sociological issues and to provide a forum for
special interests of any student wishing to communicate their
personal sociological interests and theories. The faculty wishes
to make themselves available to anyone in the group for guidance
in sociologic research. The club will be a place for members to
present their research to the rest of the group. The group will
act as a scrutinizing and productive force to assist members in
publishing materials, and give assistance in placing and
directing members towards graduate work in the field of
sociology. |
