Welcome to the Sherman Hall webpage. Please take advantage of all that the
College has to offer and take this opportunity to
learn about Sherman Hall. Sherman is located on West Dorm Drive, adjacent to
Mills Dining Hall and near the academic quad. I am sure that you
will find many friends in Sherman Hall. Sherman houses approximately 200 students and staff.
The staff is comprised of
eight Resident Advisors, and one Academic Team Member.
Sherman is a
quad-style
building
and offers students more private living
experience. Each quad houses 4 students with double bedrooms and a common area. Male and female students are separated by room. We have students from every school
year and all walks of life.
The Residence Hall Director is a full-time professional staff person who
lives in Sherman Hall and runs the building. The RAs and I work hard to try
to create a special sense of community. We hope that you will want to
participate in the many opportunities that Sherman Hall has to offer
including hall government, trips to area sites, barbecues and various other
programs and activities.
