Residence Life: Room Rates 2005-2006

DESIGNED SINGLES: For the 2005-2006 academic year designed singles are priced at $2915 per semester. Designed single rooms are available only in Hays, Grant, Sherman, Ford, and Huntington Halls. (For Higgins Hall apartment singles, see Apartments).

DOUBLE ROOMS: For the 2005-2006 academic year, double room style price varies from $2189 to $2604 per semester (for Higgins Hall apartment doubles, see Apartment).

QUAD ROOMS: For the 2005-2006 academic year, quad style room price varies from $2396 to $2604 per semester.

SUITE ROOMS: (Not Available to Freshmen)- For the 2005-2006 academic year, the suite style room price is $2604 per semester.

APARTMENT ROOMS: (Not Available to Freshmen)- For the 2005-2006 academic year, double rooms within Higgins Hall apartments are priced at $2708 per semester and single rooms within Higgins Hall apartments are $3539 per semester. Higgins Hall is the only apartment style building on campus.

INDIVIDUAL ROOM PROGRAM: When available, IRP rooms rates for the 2004-2005 academic year vary in price from $3546 - $4138 per semester, depending on building and style room.
