ONEONTA'S LIVE-IN REQUIREMENT
All newly admitted first, full-time freshmen who are single, under twenty-one years of age, and do not live with custodial guardians are required by the College to reside in a residence hall for the first four semesters of his/her college career.

Individual Room Program (IRP) is a double room that houses one student. The door from the main corridor opens into the room and residents use a community bathroom. Single living combines privacy with ample opportunity for interpersonal interaction with others living in the building. Bathroom facilities are located on every floor.
