ONEONTA'S LIVE-IN REQUIREMENT
All newly admitted first, full-time freshmen who are single, under twenty-one years of age, and do not live with custodial guardians are required by the College to reside in a residence hall for the first four semesters of his/her college career.

Individual Room Program (IRP) is a double room that houses one student. The door from the main corridor opens into the room and residents use a community bathroom. Single living combines privacy with ample opportunity for interpersonal interaction with others living in the building. Bathroom facilities are located on every floor. For more information about this option please contact the housing office.
