OUT OF THE BLUE "Out of the Blue" awards are for things that may not be OTM worthy but still deserve recognition. There is no competition for an "Out of the Blue". Just let us know who and why and we will surprise them with one of our "Out of the Blue" awards. You can also write a personal message to the recipient that will be printed on the back of the award. |
