Judicial Branch

The judicial branch of the Student Associaton exists in the form of a Supreme Court. Supreme Court members are elected at-large. The court is made up of a maximum of four associate justices and one Chief Justice. The Chief Justice is the candidate that receives the highest number of votes.

To be eligbile for the Supreme Court, an individual must pass a test based upon the constitution, as administered by an Executive Board member before they are elected. The Supreme Court exists to rule, upon petition, on the constitutionality of any action or motion carried out or passed by any member of the Student Association. This includes elected and appointed officers, Senators, and club members. If you are interested in being a part of this system, call or email us today!

The other judicial aspect involving the Student Association is the Standing Disciplinary Board. This is the college's committee for dealing with student misconduct, plagiarism, etc. Three students have a voting position on the SDB, and these students are nominated by the President of the College after consultation with the Student Association President.

The 2012-2013 Supreme Court is:

Chief Justice

Michael Robinson

Associate Justices

Kristen Maggio
Matthew Del Bouno
Helena Czaban
Emily Sadusky
