My name is John Myron, and I’m the new Executive Vice President of the Student Association. Like all of my colleagues in Senate, I joined Senate to have a voice for my fellow students and myself.
As your Executive Vice President, I chair the Senate meetings on Tuesdays at 6:30pm in the Waterfront of Hunt Union. I assign senators to all chairs and committees, handle all travel requests dealing with the SA Vans, and also chair the Scholarship and Elections committee. Hello, my name is Liz White and I am the Vice President of Finance for this semester. I am a Senior majoring in Music Industry and Mass Communications, coming to Oneonta from Bohemia, NY. I am also the current General Manager of WONY 90.9FM and Treasurer of Communications Arts Society. For the last year and a half I served as the Director of College Operations. I am really excited to be continuing with the Student Association so that I can continue to help others on this campus with any issues and reach any goals they may have. Hi my name is Jen Sanderson and I am Vice President of Central Affairs for the Student Association. I predominantly deal with the Student Association clubs here on campus, but I also work with fundraisers that our clubs put on. As for clubs, we currently have 110 Student Association funded clubs here on campus. We offer a variety of clubs to get involved with and our most popular are Harry Potter Club & Zombie Defense Corps. We also offer several club sports here on campus: Ultimate Frisbee, Equestrian, Rugby and so much more! There is really a club for any desire, and if we do not offer a club that you're interested in, then travel on up to the Hunt Union and come talk to me about starting one at the Student Association office! |

My name is MaryBeth Carswell and I am the Vice President of Activities for the Student Association/the president of Student Association Activities Council (SAAC) who put on all the major events on campus. My goal as the V.P. of activities is to provide students with events they want to attend, increase student attendance, better publicizing of the student and events and a more inclusive selection process of major acts.
