The Committee of College Operations looks for ways to improve the campus for students in regards to academics, diversity, campus structure, etc. They will be an advisory board that makes recommendations to the college based on the fundamental operations.
Committee of Campus Services
Chair: Director Tiffany Brenner
The Committee of Campus Services looks for ways to improve Auxiliary Services on this campus (dining, laundry, bookstore, etc), and possibly look at what services need to be created for students. They will work closely with OAS and the Hunt Union.
Committee of External Affairs
Chair: Director Kyle Hill
The Committee of External Affairs will be working to get the Student Association at Oneonta more involved with the Student Assembly of SUNY. It will be an avocation committee for student rights on a state and national level. In addition, it will also look to strengthen student activity and increase voting awareness.
Committee of Communications and Public Relations
Chair: Director Brendan Sherlock
The Committee of Communications & Public Relations shall act as the public relations agent of the Student Association. They will be looking to publicize for the Student Association and serve as a liaison to the local community.
Committee of Pride and Tradition
Chair: Director Megan Cleary
The Director of Pride & Tradition shall work on projects to help build the moral of the Student body and advise the college on how to do the same. They are also to act as a historian for the Student Association government.
Elections Committee
Chair: Executive Vice President Clarke
The Elections Committee will facilitate elections from beginning to end. This includes advertising for positions, checking petitions, validating candidates, looking into different ways of running elections, and holding the elections/checking the results.
Scholarship Committee
Chair: V.P. of Internal Services Axelrod
The Scholarship Committee will facilitate giving scholarships to students from beginning to end. This includes advertising for and choosing scholarship winners.
Finance Board
Chair: Treasurer Karpel
The Finance Board will make recommendations to the Student Association Senate about how much special allocation should be given to clubs when requested. This board also does budgeting for the following year in the Spring semester.
Central Affairs Committee
Chair: V.P. of Central Affairs Muller
The Central Affairs Committee shall aid clubs in any way possible to help make their experiences easier and help create better relationships between the Student Association and clubs. This committee will also facilitate the new club recognition process.
