Here's a quick guide how to read the spreadsheet:

Example: The Accounting Club had $80 in their Programs and Special Events line this year.  They requested $300 for the 2010-2011 school year.  The SA Senate approved $50 for that line in the 2010-2011 school year.

This year's budget (linked above) was approved by the Student Association Senate at its meeting on 17 April 2012.  The budget above is final for the 2012-2013 Academic Year.  If you have questions, please email the VP of Finance.
