Greek Peer Advocates (GPA) programs provide information to sorority and fraternity members that are relevant to members development as students and as leaders on campus. Starting the 2008-2009 school year GPA programs will be based on grade level and Greek students will be able to choose the programs they are interested in attending.

Fall 2008 GPA programs Tuesday, Sept 30 3:20-4:20 Leatherstocking Suggested Audience: Juniors What Have You Done For Your Community Lately? Come to this program to learn all about the community service opportunities on campus. Learn how you and your fraternity or sorority can get involved in the Oneonta Community. Learn how to complete CSRC volunteer sheets to have your volunteer hours count! Presenter: Linda Drake, CSRC Executive Director Wednesday, October 1 3:00-4:00 Leatherstocking Suggested Audience: Sophomores Your name here for SA president 2009-2010 Come to this program and learn how to become involved in the Student Association and how to run for an eboard position or a senate position! Presenters: Edward Hyde Clarke, member of FKY, SA executive Vice President, Order of Omega President, and Mathew Axelrod, member of FKY, SA Vice President of Internal Services, and Order of Omega treasurer Wednesday, October 15, 3-4 Susquehanna Suggested Audience: Seniors Shake Your Money Maker. This program will show you the basics of money management and you will learn how to create (and stick to) a personal budget. Academic Resources & Opportunities on Campus Oneonta has a lot of resources to help you learn how to study better to become a better student. Presenters: Academic Advisement Staff Wednesday, November 12, 3-4:30 IRC 7 Suggested Audience: Sophomores How to rent an apartment in Oneonta! How do you look for an off campus apartment?
