Hi! My name is Jackie Polge, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have been working at the Health and Wellness Center for 17 years. If you have a health-related question, just click on Ask a Provideror my name, and e-mail your question to me. I will give you a personal answer. If I don't know the answer, I will consult with the other Health Care Providers here at the Health and Wellness Center. The Health and Wellness Center has seven Health Care Providers, including a Medical Doctor and Nurse Practitioners specializing in women's health and mental health.
