Off Campus Housing
First-year students who are married or residing in the home of a parent or legal gaurdian with a copy of a marriage license or notarized letter, as applicable, are exempt from the residency requirement. A file of currently available, code compliant rental opportunities in the community and surrounding areas is maintained in the Housing Office. This file is maintained as a service for the convenience of students. College employees do not inspect, approve, or supervise the premises described, and the College does not become a party to private landlord tenant matters.

All landlords who list with the Housing Office must sign a non-discrimination statement and provide a certificate of compliance.

For those planning to live off-campus, apartments are often difficult to find, so it is best to begin looking early (March, April, May). Please remember that students who enter the College as first-time full-time freshmen are required to reside in a residence hall for their first four semesters.
